THE HOTEL

Our menu at the Parador Restaurant has traditional dishes from the region, elaborated by a local chef to bring a little bir of the area's culture to your meal.

A delicious breakfast with freshly baked, cakes and home made biscuits, country produce and great variety to recharge your batteries.

For lunch, a regional food buffet is served in iron pots, always including the traditional black beans stew and local produce salad.

At night, dinnet is served under candle lights, with torches lighting the deck.
